Known as the “A” Building, it also contains a Social Hall with 555 person capacity and kitchen facilities, a fitness room, men’s and ladies saunas, a billiards room/library, men’s and ladies card rooms. The main lobby and annex lobby were recently redecorated and the Traverline marble floors were refinished.
The second building constructed is located at 600 Three Islands Blvd, right at the corner of Parkview Drive, and is 19 stories tall with 370 apartments. This building is known as the “B” Building, its Travertine marble floors were also recently refinished.
The third and largest building was constructed in 1980 and is located at 2500 Parkview Drive, this building is known as the “C” Building, it is 24 stories tall and contains 434 apartments. The “C” Building’s Travertine marble floors were also recently refinished. The entire comples sits on 18 well groomed acres.
The Olympus Condominium is governed by the Olympus Condominium Association and each Unit Owner is a voting member. The business of the Association is conducted by a Board of Directors, consisting of 9 Unit owners who are elected by the Association Membership each February at the Annual Meeting. There are two directors elected from each of the three buildings and three directors that are elected ‘at-large’ by the entire membership. The current Board consists of the following members:
