Business Model: You pay $0 monthly fees. You start with a 90% split. Do $100K in total commissions, automatically earn a 100% commission split for the rest of the year. No catch.
Revenue Sharing: Active agents earn 5% commission share on agents you refer for 12 months + 4% on agents they refer + 3% on the next group down the line.
Broker Support: Full broker support. Always available via email, phone, or in-app chat.
Brokerage Fees: No desk fees, monthly fees, or tech fees.
